It is basically Electro-Voice stuff, just made by the European division. I have used Dynacord stuff back in Europe, but not this particular model. However, I am confident that it is a very good product. Never heard of anything that is junk from Dynacord.

BTW seems like something that I am looking for, but the price is probably sky high or not available in the US.

Distributor for the U.S. is
http://www.dynacord.de/en/suppliers/2/70/1/

FWIW, I didn't know that Dynacord was still around. I had a tape echo unit way back in the 60s by Dynacord and that thing was built like a tank. It had some serious roadwork for several years and was faultless.

Hello:

The Dynacord D8 model is the same minus some cosmetics, to the EV ZX1-90 and now the ZX1-100.
I really like them, the first time I hear them was a comparison between a Yamaha S series 12 inch 2 way, and the ZX190 that has only an 8 inch woofer and a tweeter, it was in the store with a stereo mixer and a CD player, and pan to the Yamaha and then to the EV, same EQ (flat), and blew me away, I purchased 2, and really like them so much, that I got a second pair, that I use for the larger venues. I can not say in off how good this speakers are, so much that my friendly competitors, have follow suit, now other 3 OMB has them too.

I guy I know has older set of dynacords, about 10 years old, the sound good for their age. I've seen a set in Sam Ash sometime ago, they had 1 pair tops and 1 pair of subs with 2 amps on display. It was a killer system but they wanted $15,000 for everything.

How does the audya sound through them?

I am very pleasd with this PA, both the vocal and the Audya, You can set the bass volume on the powered sub and it´s good for the performance, the sound from the top is also very good for the vocal it does´nt matter if we play a hardrock song or a ballad the D-lite 2000 is follow
There is only one thing you can worry about, all the electronics is in the powered bas and if this fail all the system is out
