Stephen. Real nice close-up of the eagle. The trick is, as long as you don't show the bird conservation tags on the feet of these aviary birds, no one needs to know you weren't shooting them in the field out in the Rockies or deep in the jungle : )

I have a great recipe for Fried Eagle! Tastes a little like Spotted Owl.

I've got hundreds of 'bird-feeder' pics, some really good, but don't feel that I can take credit for them. I have a Panasonic camera with a motion detection feature and all I did was set it up with a telephoto on the feeder (actually cluster of three feeders) and come back a few hours later. Is that cheating? Yeah, I guess it is, ehhhh. Anyhow Steve, I've seen some Nat Geo Wild videos of big cats in the wild with visible tags (radio collars) on, so I guess you're ok .
