Exactly I used to be that way also ....
but learned my lesson the hard way frown ...just seems over kill to me for no reason. In reality the "perfect" way to is create backing tracks for your music is to use a high quality Drum machine, create your own bass lines, rhythm sounds, and play accomp & solo sounds on top.It's the only way to get away from the repetitiousness of styles altogether. Korg has all the tools in their arrangers to do this easily. Lets face it, players are lazy and want it all done for them using styles OTTB, but for songs that need that special arrangement without it sounding repetitive , bassline, beat, & groove etc.....
it needs to be dissected and created for that particular project. Using VST's in this application I can see the benefits for sure. Yes, sorry to break the news,
But there IS life beyond "STYLES" cool2
