begginer, vfx patches and midi - 04/23/99 01:17 AM

I'm very new at the whole synth thing, but I got a hold of a vfx, could someone please point me in the direction of a site with vfx patches. Also I can get midi to go out from my computer, but I cant get midi in to work, I'm not sure if it's my synth setting or my computer, any help would be nice.

Hi,
check out RETRO our new soundbank for the VFX/SD1 at: www.rotationrecords.com

Retro contains sounds that have been programmed to make use of the real time controllers to variously alter the FX, filter, panning, pitch vibrato/lfo etc in the VFX/SD1. All of these can be recorded in real time into a midi sequencer.

The focus of the RETRO bank is on the 'analogue'attributes of the VFX and SD1, however it is not limited to that. RETRO also contains stunning ensemble and atmospheric timbres that truly complement our 'analogue' timbres making it the ideal synth bank for composers in all contemporary electronic genres.
