Proteus-2000. Is it good?

I am looking at buying the EMU Proteus-2000 in the near future. I tried it out once only and was impressed. Does anyone know of its limitations, bad points, drawback? Let's face it, everything has a bad point.

I have a Roland XP-50 that i'm pretty disapointed with. I buying the Roland A-90 and want a sound module. The Proteus-2000 sounds great so far.

Any tips?
