OS 4.61 for E6400 Ultra

hello! I'm new. I'm trying to get OS 4.61 for my E-MU E6400 Ultra. I've downloaded it from E-Mu site to both floppy and Zip disk, but my E-Mu won't read either. I can get someone into some proper London gigs, FREE - in exchange for a floppy with it on.

I was just wondering whether the disk you put the image on was formatted on the E6400 Ultra or the PC ? Although both can be read and written to it is advisable to always format the disk on the keyboard/sampler rather than using one that was formatted by your PC.
