Hi,

Does anyone know if the SIMM used in the ESI-4000 is the same as those used on PCs??
The EDO ram.

the rams are as good as the same, with a few excepstions: If you have Turbocard installed, you'll have to use low-profile rams instead of those regular ram. Standard EDO ram will do fine.
