Can anyone help me in my quest to change .wav format files to E-IV format? perhaps a dinky piece of software? I am in SCSI hell and want a simple solution which doesnt involve me (a) ditching my PC in favour of a Mac or (b) spending any cash...

I don't know specifically that emu format, but there is a shareware program in the "Samples/Sampling" section here called AWAVE which can convert anything -- a cow into a steamroller (if you really wanted to, and provided you pay like $56 for the full version)
