Classic pipe organ tones on CTK-691 - 10/29/04 03:28 PM

Hi, folks:

You're dealing with a TOTAL newbie here. We use the CTK-691 with our orchestra to fill in instruments we do not have such as the harp.

We do a lot of Baroque and Renaissance music and really could use some good classic organ sounds ... not the full-blown church and chapel organs that come in the keyboard, but simpler ones that emulate a portative organ.

Are there any sites where we could obtain these? Is it possible to synthesize our own sounds?

Any help will be super appreciated.

Here is a link to the Casio Download site.
The version 2 software, will let you make 'wave' samples. There are lots of downloadable tones, already made up...and effects (the DSP settings)...that will give you lots of variety. http://music.casio.com/e/data_ex2/
