Privia PX-555R USB Driver - 01/12/06 05:27 AM

I was given this keyboard as a birthday gift and the people who bought it for me got the display model. So, I downloaded the USB drive from Casio's website that says it works with this keyboard and I can't get it running at all. I'm planning on heading over to the store they bought it from and see if I can get the original CD-Rom, but if that doesn't work, I'd like to know how to get this damn thing to work on the USB cable. Thanks in advance.

You may already be aware of this but I'll post it anyway just in case you didn;t know.
USB drivers generally do have OS requirements. I'd check first to see if you have the driver that matches your PC's Operating System.

Best wishes.

Yeah, it does claim to be Windows XP compatible. I prefer to use the basic MIDI cable hookup though. Just used to it I guess.
