is the alesis data disk compatible with the wk1600/1800 - 03/26/05 10:18 AM

I dropped (and oops) broke the disk drive a year ago or so on my wk 1800.. debating whether better to get a part and attempt a replacement repair or whether to get the alesis data disk..

I realize the wk 1800 came with a disk drive but has anyone maybe tried the wk 1600 with the alesis, does it work ok?
or has anyone replaced a floppy on these is it hard?

I'm not sure of the answer to your question, but I do have an Alesis Data Disk that I'm looking to sell at a very reasonable price. Let me know if you are interested.
