Downloads for rookie....help - 09/06/04 12:43 PM

I have a CTK 691. I have downloaded the software but cannot get the rhythm, tone, or synth data to download into the software. It shows up somewhere on the C drive as an unusable file....Tech support no help. I have Windows XP and the software loads but not the DATA from the Casio music site....help!

Go to www.casio.co.uk/music/ and click on chat room. Select wk performance series. Check out the posts from Jim W. They will lead you step by step through the process. Good luck!
