Hook up Alesis QSR to PC?

I got my hands on a proper Alesis QSR, the rackmount beast. And there's a few tools kicking about that look really interesting for using it with my DAW, but I can't figure out how to get this thing connected via the serial port.

Am running Windows 10 and using Studio One. Is there a way to somehow connect it?
