QS and Mixing Sounds (fade in Piano, Rhoads, Pad)

I have a QS6.2 and I'm having a hard time setting the A-D four faders to mix 4 sounds. I'd like to be able to blend in and out from the mix (Piano, Rhodes, DX's, and a Pad). Not sure how to do this.

Would anyone have a few tips?
