HR-16B: Software Error..Help !

i know what you're saying.
i have all the goodies but i still like to use my hr16b
for writing.
does anyone know what the deal is with this software error.
it just freezes and the only thing you can do is clear the memory.
i would greatly appreciate any insight.

It sounds like the internal battery may well need to be replaced. If it is soldered to the circuit board it may require a repair serviceman to replace it.
