Hi Chronos,
Without a doubt, Quantum Leap Brass are the best I've heard for pop, jazz styles. They are excellent if you want to program in your own lines. They can be clean or your can dirty them up if you want to.
For pre-recorded phrases and licks, Chronic Horns is pretty good. Their multisampled notes are nowhere near as good as the QLB set.
