RA-95 Disk Drive

I have recently bought a second hand Roland
RA-95 realtime arranger. It is in excellent condition except that the disk drive does not recognise any disks. The LED display always shows dEr even when I try to format a new disk. Can anyone help.

mm. I don't know the RA-95 but I guess it's old, so it might be that it does not support HD disks! Did you try a DD disk???
