I purchased new 20G Hard Drive for my Yamaha Tyros. I installed the hard drive according to instruction. All pin perfectly aligned (mail, Female). But, I couldn’t able to format the hard drive because hard drive format menu option is grayed out not activated. I guess Tyros failed to recognize the hard drive or …... something in not right. Please let me know if you have some recommendations or advice.

Try asking this on the General Arranger Keyboard forum where there are quite a few experienced Tyros users that may be able to help.
