Looking for instrument patch!!

I'm looking for anywhere where I could find a sound patch that emulates Uilleann Pipes ( a popular instrument used in Celtic music) I am recording in Cakewalk and I am desperately looking for this sound to patch to my midi controller, but none of the synthesizer patches I have even come close to this sound. If anyone know where I could find it PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

Also, where would I go to find just new single instrument definitions for Cakewalk?

Do you have S-font capabilities? I wouldn't doubt you could find in that format.
