Akaidisk not converting files correctly

Hello,
I have akaidisk installed on my pc but when it reads a disk all i get is a bunch of numbers. I have reenstalled the program several times and every time i get the same "333333"'s instead of samples. Please e-mail me if you know what's wrong.
