Akai S300XL Operating system Upgdate

I nedd help from someone how do you update your operating system to 2.0? I went to Akai's Homepage, and downloaded the file, but I am having problems how I should send it to the sampler? it doesnt recognise since the disk is in a different format. please give me some information what steps I should take...

On the akai site itself, you can download a program wich can make your downloaded system 2.0 into the "akai" language, this also works for samles you download from the akai site... I don't know the name of the program, but I know it's there....
