s5000 and effects (EB20??)

I'm looking to add an effects unit to my kit.
I have the S5000... does anybody reccomend the EB20 internal card vs. a third party effect unit (I think comes with the s6000 but is an option for the s5000)?

Hi,

If you add an EB 20 you must know that you won't be able to use the outputs 12 to 16 .
These outputs are the effects sends when a EB 20 added !!!
You will hear all the affected sounds on these outputs.
