From Akai cd to hard disk

I own a Puslar II and some original Akai cds. To make my work faster, I would like to copy some sounds or partitions (I don't know how to call them) from the cd to the hd.
When I open the Akai cd rom I don't see any files; what do I need to copy them on my hd?
