I decided to purchase ROLAND EA-7 instead of the AUDYA
I'm tired of waiting for the update that is not coming
I'm tired of sending e-mails and dont get an answer back
I feel disappointed from KETRON customer service
They just don't care the ROLAND EA-7 Costs 1500 euro
And I can do what I want with it
I've been waiting years for a simple option
And I just got tired of waiting
I will not buy KETRON ever again
They should be ashamed for their treatment to customers...

Just wondering what option have you been wayting for?

And did Ketron ever promise to add that? In general companies are not very open about future upgades.

You cannot create DRUMKITS
This whole thing is ridiculous
Keyboard with that price and You cannot do much if you dont have a studio to record drumer
They promised an update months ago soon they say
KETRON customer service is bad you dont get an answer back when you need support
except AJ He is the only one who responds and helps...

Wow the amount of people that i know that owned a ketron audya and have sold it and moved on to other brands is a big number for s short time i am not a ketron basher also but realistically ketron italy do need to finish the ketron with the minor updates that people are asking for otherwise this topic will never end and i am on your side speed on the updates bit cause the ketron turkish better version is out and we are still sitting here hoping that a decent ketron update will arrive well i have been watching for a update for months and it will soon be a year and nothing it's not good at all what can i say

I'm still in shock from how it sounds.
although he doesn't sound good right out of the box but after the small adjustments and samples you get
great drums amazing guitars and pianos
A lot of programming options
in one word amazing instrument
He looks like a toy, but it's really not
highly recommend keyboard!!!

Does anyone know how the E-A7 compares with the BK-7m sound-wise?

From YouTube videos, it seems that the BK-7m sounds better.

From what i understood, its the same technollogy, samples and many of the sounds... However, the ea7 has many more and new styles and sounds... And much more dsp power... And edditing tools... On top of that the ea7 has 6 multipads...

Over on the Roland arranger forums there seems to be concensus that the ea7 is on par or better then the bk9 soundwise...

Bachus, you say the E-A7 is on par or better than the the BK-9, which makes it's better than the BK-7m!

Great! Thanks for your input. smile

A limit of E-A7 is to have up to 512 samples...
I think is very short number of samples... 128 MB for Sampling/Sample Import, but just 512 samples....

How do you compare Roland EA7 with the Yamaha Psr 770 or 950

I've never used the Yamaha Psr 770 or 950
So I can't compare but the roland E-A7 is just amazing
