Big Problem!! Please Help!!!

I have a Roland Fantom FA76 (The original one). It was working just fine until recently. All of a sudden the BPM is going haywire (it scroll the numeric values up and down by itself). Also, every once in a while, some of the patches sustain by themselves without a sustain pedal. I tried upgrading it, but that didn't work. Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong with it? Is this a factory defect? This is preventing me from creating music!! Please help!!
