Instrumental called R Brown- he was shot - - 10/20/22 08:34 AM

I had a friend who was robbed, shot in the head and survived. He is alive !

This mp3 is an instrumental to describe that night and the fight to save his life. Recorded in real time on Korg PA4XPro.

I used multi pads to represent his ekg. Heart beat door effect ...

Nice, I was just robbed too, but not shot in the head, so I guess I got of easy! In all seriousness, I'm glad your friend survived and that your able to honor him with your music.

Sorry about the robbery. My friend was waiting for his kids after a high school football game.

I seriously don't know what came over me to put this music together. I guess to maximize arranger features & creativity.

Man, that is absolutely horrible what happened to your friend, I can't imagine what his family and friends must be going through.

It's great you can channel some those feelings creatively in honor of your friend.

Was that a factory style and multipads, or did you create or edit it?

Interesting juxtaposition of the military type snare with the electronica.

It’s hard to use tragedy for inspiration, but a musician works with what life deals them. Thank you for sharing that. ❤️‍🩹

Yes, what you hear is a factory style and multipads. I really appreciate that you had a chance to listen. You are welcome for sharing. I have more stuff to post.

I lost my father in 1981. I was 17 yrs old. I was inspired to write and record " Dad Be Proud"

Recorded in realtime on PA4Xpro and Audix OM2 microphone.

The song references a ring I wear. I've had 3 of 5 brothers pass away. The ring belonged to one of my brothers.

I was the last of seven children. One sister ( the oldest) and 5 older brothers.
