I either lost my PW or PSR Tutorial doesn't accept it any longer. Pretty weird. Sent several requests but never received an email. Again pretty weird.

I haven't done anything to get banished. 
It's just weird. I typed in my pw and each time I got the message "wrong pw" or something like that. Then I thought that I must've typed in the wrong pw but at the same time I was pretty sure that it was correct. And still no answer from PSR Tutorial.
