SD40 Question

I can't seem to be able to use both Midi 1 and 2 at the same time. I am playing a midi sequence and playing SD40 lead over it. When I choose Computer and sequencer, the midi is great,but I get no voice from the keyboard until I switch to "Standard" midi config.,and no sequencer sound. It seems either/ or. The midi jacks are in the right place.

I couldn't reach AJ,and thought someone might know.

I guess I caught you out. I will try again and get ahold of AJ. I appreciate your offer.

Update
AJ called me and spent time getting me squared away. It turns out that by using a USB from the SD40 to the tablet,you can direct it from data to GM,and it doesn't affect my master keyboard connection.

What a "PRINCE" of a fellow he is.

Also, UD phoned me and spent over 30 minutes coming up with alternate ways to approach my setup. His information was appreciated. What a great family of helpful musicians we have on this forum.
