Can a MP4 (video) file be uploaded to the forum in such a way that it can be viewed without having to download it first? If so, how?

upload to you tube first.....
then post YT link "in the sz little TV screen menu above"
then we can see it on sz without downloading
hurry I wanna see it cool2
