With all that is happening in our world, I felt the need to post this. It will not cure anything, but it sure might help. john C.

John....may I add one of my own favorite Bible passages...

Mark: Metaphysically speaking, Jesus was saying the mind cannot think of two things at one time (both positive and negative thoughts)!

There is allways possitive things,
In general crisus and catastrphes bring the best out in people..

An other noteworthy thing is humor, this is one of the things people use as a distraction and it really helps.
I guess music does the same thing..



This is whats happening in Italy
People in confinement singing and making music together..

As i said, bad times in general bring best out in people

Good stuff. I have a personal goal to try to do something positive everyday. There's always some small thing you can do. Karma and all that !
