Unlocking Midi's in Pa4X HD

The Korg Forum is down, so maybe Don, or someone can help me unlock them. I have one batch brought over from USB. I don't know why they are locked, but my sequencer is denying access to saving changes.

Is it your USB stick that is locked?

Maybe try copying your midi files to a different USB stick via pc and see if that works.

I had something weird like that happen to one of my USB sticks for my sx .
Everything was fine , I wanted to make changes to something, can’t remember what, and I ended up with a message “Locked”,
Can’t remember whether locked message was on the sx or on the pc when I plugged it in. Fortunately I was able to copy the files across to a different USB stick.

I have never had that sort of thing happen before , I can’t imagine how I locked the stick, it had been working perfectly day before.

It is not that the USB or HD is locked up. I don't have the original files in the present USB to go to, but just a few of the SMF songs have a red locked padlock next to them in the HD. The stick and HD works fine. I am sure it is an internal lock, but the manuals don't seem to address it. The Korg forum is up, so posted there.

PROBLEM SOLVED
You have to go into Media, select the file, and use the page down menu to "unprotect" it. I must have done it accidentally.
