by taking an old song and upgrading it to a hard rock style. Donny says we have to play and sing to the younger crowds. This is as close as I'll probably get to that. wink

Additionally, couldn't get the new oxygen line installed in the office where the keyboard sits, so I picked a song that was relatively easy to sing and play. Hope you enjoy my new version of Dust In The Wind

The song came out in 1977 and was introduced by a group called Kansas.

Gary, Donny gave you some good advice, have fun. I like the style you selected, and keep the vibrato going in your voice it sounds good.

What attracted my attention was how hot those drums sounded when I auditioned the style. Damned realistic to me. Thanks for listening and commenting, guys.

That song was a pretty big hit when it first hit the charts. It surfaces every now and then when another artist or group gives it a spot on an album. Nice rendition, Gary. I agree with Bruno... it pays to have fun and does us good to get out of our comfort zones every now and then. Great job on this one... as always, Mr. Talent.

Nice choice of song,we could do with more "old" songs played with an unusual style.
