seeking notes again for Ballade Pour Adeline - 01/24/19 09:47 PM

REFERENCE: Ballade Pour Adeline

Does anyone else, besides Giovanni, have an "advanced" rendition of this wonderful piece of music that they could let me have? Maybe even the original composition.

It's easy enough to get it online, but they won't let me pay by check or money order. I don't want my banking information online so I'm kind of stuck...like "starving in the land of plenty!"

Thanks

Is this for any help?
2 different versions 'borrowed' from the web.
I'm not any good at read music notation, but it's a lot of black dots in there. cool

GJ....thanks ever so much for pulling that out of the bag. I've been all over the Internet trying to get an "advanced" copy of that piece. And YOU got it in 24 hours.

It's exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks again.

Hi Mark,
I may still have a midifile of it floating around somewhere, if it’s of any use?

Also had a copy of it in a couple of my music albums, I think they were pretty much note for note of claydermans recordings.

Haven’t had a chance to look at Jonny’s versions, probably the same.

Hi Rikki...I appreciated the thought. But Jonny's version was just what I was looking for. Probably exactly how the composer wrote it.

If you have the MIDI file I'm guessing you like that song also. Terrific tune.

Hi Mark,
Luv it. I really enjoy clayderman’s piano style. Think I’ve got nearly every album he put out. 10 probably would have covered the 30 or so I ended up with over the years.Haha.
From memory, I think the piano books , pretty much matched the the actual recordings.
Fun to TRY and play along to. Unfortunately had to sell my pianos and I never really went back to playing.

Have fun.

Hi.
There is also another lovely ballad by R Clayderman & Claudia Young.
Several Yamaha arrangers has a style that fit perfect to this song.
At Genos it's in Style /Entertainer / YoungBallad. Intro 3 fits to the bridge...
Managed to make a pdf of some pictures of scores found at web.
Enjoy. smile
