Just acquired a Behringer X1204USB. Using Audacity via USB.

Hi Donny, it would have been better if the sound from the television hadn't bled through from the lounge.

I hear ya Col,.......I have to also shut off the central air conditioner when recording as the studio condenser mics
are so sensitive and will pick up the slightest HUM etc, etc, ...
if needed there are some solutions such as a
Microphone Isolation Shield...etc..

Hi Donny

I was just trying a new Rode NT1a mic, as you say they are extremely sensitive. May just try a vocal shield.
