I'm very grateful for being allowed to be a member of this forum. I've learned so many great things from so many talented folks. I know my level of playing has improved as a result.
I just wanted to give kudos to AJ/Ajam Inc for going well above and beyond in the support category. I mean, I've spent countless hours emailing, texting and phoning getting questions answered and issues resolved. There are very few companies that cater to Midi accordion players when it comes to sound modules/arrangers. The best one for me is Ketron in Italy. There are a multitude of issues involved with one of these units starting with configuring it to the Midi accordion compounded by owner's manuals that were translated into English...
Despite the many set backs, AJ continues to be there for me at every step. No matter what the issue, he is somehow able to resolve it.
Frankly, I don't know how he does it, but he certainly demonstrates a passion for what he does.
I was just thinking how great it would be to have someone like AJ available everytime I needed technical support for my other toys...

I only had an SD7 for about 6 months, but AJ gave me great support during that time. He’s a class act!!

Supporter too...since my SD1 (that works fine) and I think without this man I would already have forgiven Ketron despite of qualities of their keyboards! clap

I've been an avid AJ supporter and customer for many years. I love my Ketron instruments and have continued to have each one of them upgraded to Ajamsonic specifications. AJ's Ajamsonic upgrades and sound set/styles really make the Ketron line of keyboards fabulous. My Ketron SD-9 is my main keyboard for all my gigs. I love playing it and my audience is thrilled with my sound. I'm not an exceptional keyboardist but Ajamsonic really makes me shine. "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" Thanks for all the things you do AJ. AJ is very helpful and very knowledgeable not only in Ketron products but in other brands also. He's my go to guy when I need Ketron products, service or information.

Friends,

Thanks for your continuous support.

This is our community and we share a lot together - including KETRON products which although not perfect (and by the way non are) - the one thing we do have is each other and the capability plus opportunity to change and improve on what's not so good.

So ... if there are areas you believe from a product or service or personal ... (or any point of view), we could make better, please let us know not only what it is but what you suggest can be done to make it better. Mistakes may have been made (as is the case with many or all companies) - some corrected, others in progress of being corrected. It's when we fail to at least try that it really becomes a 'problem', but I choose to believe it's because we try that many of you are still with KETRON today. It is indeed a unique product not everyone will feel attracted to and that's why we have many other choices.

Having said that, let's keep growing the KETRON community together, one musician at a time :-)

Again, I thank you all SZ and other non SZ members reading this post for your continuous support. I will relay this to the rest of our team!

… don’t want to left out of expressing respect and appreciation for AJ … sometimes I feel like I’m a pain in his rear, but he listens and is always deferential and gets to the problem. I happened to be in his studio when several Ketron users called for help, one of them being Jerry (midisqueeze), and he took time to address each question while scurrying around repairing and upgrading various instruments and working on tutorial info for vids.

A personal observation is that AJ does not get adequate support from Ketron, It., most obviously, marketing support. Ketron essentially sent him out to the new world and expect that he will send back the riches without investing very much in the endeavor.
