I agree with you.. thats not a tutorial I found tutorials in all asian and arabic languages But nothing in English. Which tells us much about themarket ea7 sells well.
I think you will need to do it the old fashioned way By reading the manuall. In general Roland manuals work very well, with lots of pictures and drawings.

That said for me the EA7 is one of the easiest operating systems to learn,....and it makes sense too using the DUAL screens. Also the navigation onboard for live playing is exceptional with all the buttons and sliders to shape your sound in real time if needed and all in the right places for easy reach...& if you sing a separate Mic Vol control w/fx is right there also, using it in conjunction with a TC harmony singer VH box gives me all I need vocally too. Also although not my language there are some really good tutorials for EA7 and just by watching what they are doing in the video I learned all I needed..
