O.T. Winter Olympics - 02/22/18 06:27 PM

I've been watching the Winter Olympics (courtesy of my wife smile ), and decided that I might try out for the next one, in the Luge. In fact, I've already ordered a new Barcalounger to practice with. I'll be practicing hard, especially during football season, so wish me luck.

Norwegians do well too, but honest, I have not seen any much other than read a few articles in the newspapers if pop up big in front.
Lost most interest of all sorts of 'dopinggames', doped atlets or not.
Too much scandals. Very sad and way too bad. frown mad

I don't think you'll see too many men, especially American men, watching the Winter Olympics until they introduce Ice Basketball and Snow Football smile.

When I was much younger, I watched the winter Olympics religiously. I really enjoyed watching the figure skating events, ski jumping and bob sledding. Now I tend to be in the same category as Chas, drifting off during the Luge. wink

All the best,

Hey, how about the Jamaican Women's Bobsled Team - who would have anticipated this?

Big deal here in MN. In the past, members of the Olympic curling teams have been from our area.

However, can’t say I’m a big fan....sort of like playing a glorified shuffleboard game. 😊
