I hastily recorded these songs live using styles play in my SD40. No other outboard processing.

Nicely done..

And i came to the same conclusion yeterday of playing both a Genos and the sd9 pro. I like the onboard Ketron styles more...

What i liked even more is the style moddeling as well as the lauchpad accesibility, for creating new styles...

But your styles amd performances where a joy to listen to..

As said a few times before..
I want to cut my setup back to a single 88 keyboard..
If none create an 88 arranger i will stick where i am now..

But if ever Ketron brings an sd9 pro module
I would be really tempted to combine it with a Nord stage 3...
And my VST’s

Currently wayting to see what 2018 will bring us..
Maybe i will jump the cvp 809 bandwagon..
But only if it has atleast the same offerings as the Genos, with the latest piano’s added.

But this post is not about me, we are derailing, back to the lovely Ketron styles, that still stand out in my book.

Actually i am getting a bit tired with the Kronos..
Its an increible maschine
But it allways takes a huge amount of time to select new sounds and integrate them with the arranger.. but thats another story for another day...

Happy new Year to you to

Hi Jimmy,

that sounded really impressive, there is no denying that the Ketrons manage to shine in the styles department. Also see PM.

Jules, see PM.

Thank you for sharing! The Ketrons always sound live.
It's been a long time since I heard Lonesome Town--nice job. I had the honor of doing it with my friend James Burton, who played guitar on the Ricky Nelson original version!
Your vocals are always right on key and your English is fine!
I'm not familiar with the other two songs, but I sure like the way you do them!

My appreciation for all your kind words. I get encouraged by this forum by listening to all your works and learned a lot too about arrangers, music and life in general.
