I see there has been a major upgrade. I used it before vArranger.

Bernie thank you for the update........although I have never used OMB its an interesting concept.

I use OMB 11.... it works fine and reasonably priced... The wavetable that ships with it isn't bad either...

I keep both versions 10 and 11.. because I like some features on 10.

Though I use vArrnager, I thought I would try out OMB for quick practice while traveling. I like the fact that it can run without a USB keylock. (I understand vArranger can also run if it is licensed directly to the PC.)

First, the built-in sounds of OMB are too awful even for casual practice in comparison with what comes with vArranger. Also, vArrnager has a lot more sounds.

Second, I tried to use other VST plug-ins such as Hypersonic II and Hypercanvas out to Asio4All for much less latency or to my iConnectivity Audio 4+ interface. That's when all hell broke loose. Freezing, crashing, or not booting at all. A complete waste of time, and $50 wasted is not good, either. I wasted time, but at least I didn't buy it.
