This song was a collaborative composition originally recorded by Booker T & Teh MG's.

The four members of the band at that time ...

Booker T Jones (Keys)
Al Jackson (Drums)
Donald 'Duck' Dunn (Bass)
Steve Cropper (Guitar)

... wrote and performed it. All were included in the writing credits and Booker T produced the original recording.

Maybe you have the wrong search criteria .... hope this helps.

I had the privilege to hear "Duck" and Cropper here locally a few years back. They were in town for a project with my friend James Burton. Thought I'd died and gone to Heaven. I still remember every note each of them played I think! smile It's all about the FEEL. They feel what they want to play and it comes out!
I didn't get to play with them, although I've played a lot with James on other occasions.
Sorry, the post brought up wonderful memories and got me to reminiscing again. smile
James of course is unique. He invented a lot of the stuff all the other guys play. He has no ego and never judges anyone; he just loves to play the guitar, whether it's with Elvis or lowly ol' Don Mason. smile

I was one of the fortunate ones that got to meet James Burton during one of my visits with Don - nice guy and incredibly talented.
