You forgot Hammond, Nord & Key B, which are popular for home use as well as stage.

Yamaha Electone (They hate the name organ) can be ordered from Taro’s Trade, Japan, for delivery anywhere in Europe.

Roland also makes home models. I didn't realize this market was this big with so many choices. Didn't think home organs were selling well being replaced by portable keyboards

Being in the middle of the organ popular times I never dreamed it would fall they way it did. One of the biggest Piano and organ stores in New York fell to 25% of what is was. The same here in Florida.

Keyboards did attribute to the fall, understood, I was part of that. I purchased two Wersi organs, Delta 500 and a spinet type, the top part came off the spinet organ -- I used it in place of my keyboard on a few jobs.

Inflated prices had a lot to do with their fall. The next thing was how they demoed them. I lover the Big Band, Latin instrumental type of music. Every time I heard the salesman demo an organ it sounded like an organ. I loved the organ because I heard one man sound like Glenn Miller. Hector H--- (spelling) took you o a journey from classical into jazz, and then mystical. As good as a keyboards are becoming, the Organ rules if he plays the complete instrument.

Young people hated the organ sound, the rarely heard the rest of the organ.

Only my opinion, John C.

PS, If you did not live through the organ days you have missed something very special.

Here's a question... Bachus, do any of these organs permit creation of custom "user styles?"
Thanks for sharing! -Ted

Yes, i know for sure that Wersi does...

And for creating styles for the Bemore, you could use the Yamaha PC software, as it supports loading Yamaha styles.
