VH Example Harmony on separate tracks - 07/30/15 01:10 AM

Morning Guy's

After all the comments about harmonizers I thought I would try to hear what they really sound like.

This is an experiment, 3 mono tracks no effects, lead voice, one voice a third up, one voice a third down. The harmonizer is the Voice Live Touch 2. Excuse the vocal but you will get the idea.

I posted the real thing just to prove it's not all bad. There is a touch of distortion on the recording it was done very quickly.

I consider the VLT2 to be one of the better harmonizers so what the others sound like ???

Hope you find it interesting and it doesn't put you off harmonizers for every.

Very nice job. Your vocal and VLT2 overtop that backing track in that second demo was a perfect combination.
The key, like everyone is suggesting, is use VH sparingly.

Thank you very much Guy's

After all these years singing mainly harmony I feel my singing is coming on nicely. If I go back and listen to some of my old attempts, well cringe is probably the best description.
