Hold Display on the Pa900 - 07/03/15 04:11 AM
I have moved from a Pa800 to a Pa900. I used the Display Hold on the Pa800 often. Is there any way I can hold or extend the display on the Pa900? The pages turn off so quickly given me little time to select what I want.
Thank You, John C.

In the manual, search for display hold.
Note: Selection windows may automatically close after a selection. To do this, uncheck the “Display
Hold” box in the Global > General Controls > Interface page. In this case, press the EXIT button
only if you don’t make any selection but want to close the window.

Hi Col, and thank you.
I seemed to have no major problems understanding a new keyboard, but when I do it is normally something simple that is sitting under my nose.
Thanks again, John C.
PS, Are you the same Col that owned a Kn7000? That posted great music on the Technics forum?

John, I always left that setting where it stayed open while I was setting things up, practicing or experimenting with sounds, but as you see, I set it to automatically close when performing. Just a matter of choice.
BTW, look under Synth Performances, on the last page, and there are some excellent guitars I put there. They are named Virage I think.
Also there is an great organ on the LAST page of the Organ section. I put some sounds in strange places, but it's so I could call them up with one touch when on the go.
Another hint, to call up my Songbook list, open the Songbook and select Filter, then type in Mine. Then check filter and my personal list will pop up. Many of them are associated with text files, which you access by pushing the Lyrics button. Not saying you will use them all, but you may find some useful.
Call me if you need help!

Hi John
Sorry not me, I've been a Korg user most of my time.

The response on this forum is unheard of.
I post it on this forum, go into the kitchen have a bowl of cereal, and when I get back my problem was solved. Now that’s fast.
Thanks, much appreciated, John C.
