The Henry's of this world are why I love my job... - 06/02/15 07:27 AM

Everyone once in a while, I come across one of these videos. It's something that those of us who perform regularly on the NH circuit see on a daily basis. Henry's seem to be everywhere I work, and I've come to know many Henry's over the years. Henry is my inspiration.

All the best,

Gary cool

This is fantastic. The power of music is awesome. Playing in nursing homes provides an incredible service that can't be underestimated.

Thanks for sharing, Gary:

Pretty awesome story and it certainly reveals the "power" of music. Glad to know someone in a nursing home could be brought out of a melancholy state-of-mind so immediately. There is hope for all of us. ---Dave Rice

Gary......after viewing the video I decided I really want to see the "Alive Inside" movie. Been looking in the theaters for a year now and it's never playing. Would you believe I called my local library and not only are they familiar with the movie, but they have a DVD of it. I'm going to take it out next week and finally get to see what it's all about.
