Very nice sound. Too bad they do not put everything in one single keyboard for gigging.

Lovely instrument, still hoping they will also have a version withouth the pedals, but with both those lovely manuals....

On a side note, the advanced mode, mis far from finished, and dont expect all promissed features to work straight from the moment you buy this, i guess its going to take them atleast another year possibly two to get their software onnpar with the high standards we currently know from OAS.... For those that dont know yet, this is not a Wersi OaS but an OaX instrument..

Its truely the next generation Wersi, and next to an organ also the most advanced arranger and keyboard workstation available...

And no, its not something you want to bring on your gigs unless you have some roadies.

Fabulous, Bill, thanks for sharing. I didn't know they actually sold in the US, or is this a launch?

Lovely.

With some savings I probably could afford the Marshall amp he's sitting on.

As far as I am aware Wersi (Music Store) returned to the US after last year’s NAMM (A number of current instruments have been sold over there in the past year), however it was more low key, 2015 may mean a bigger push.

The Pegasus Wing 76 note Arranger also undercuts most of the competition on price (Although Korg have now introduced the PA3x LE), and is fully updatable via downloadable updates just like the rest of the range. (It also comes as standard with the VB3 VST (With Real Drawbars) and Real Drums)

However the Pegasus wing misses out on all the strong open system selling points of the OaS, and falls short miles compared to OaX

As any manufacture will tell you most arranger players only use a small percentage of their arranger features, so while the Pegasus Wing is not as flexible as the larger organ range, it suits its target market, (Both in features and price) and being software based if demand could be proven then some of the features from the Sonic or OAS7 instruments could be added. (Unlike other arrangers it is not a static instrument)

I dont think the Wing is on par with the other totl arrangers feature wise..... I would put it in the same range as the s950 and the pa3x lite and the Roland BK9... In which range it performs really well

Despite its age, an update and upgraded used abbacus can compete with the TOTl arrangers of today...

On top of that, its said by Music Store that there will soon be a single keybed version of the OaX line available. It might be a little more expensive then current totl arrangers, but you get a whole different beast for that price, and i am pretty sure there will be a 2nd keyboard and peddals option available soon.

I think for a musician nothing comes close to having 2 keybeds to perform on, espescially when they are close to eachother in an organ setting..

From what I have been told, you have to make an appointment, as it is now all done in a warehouse.

Hope this helps

Just out of curiosity, I checked it out on youtube. Couldn't find any demo's that show what the keyboard will do. All demo's were one song...one style?

If it’s the Pegasus Wing you are talking about just type Wersi Pegasus wing v2 into YouTube search, there is also this 3 year old one here http://vimeo.com/29910116 although I think this may be V1. (Note if you have a V1 version you can download the V2 software for free)
