Would have loved to be there. AJ I was at the arranger fiesta you and Frank held in 2008, already booked that date. Sorry I've got to miss it.

Do you remember?? Here's a flash back to 2008 when the fiesta was held in Frankieve's old location. The last 2 photos are a couple of shots of his new location and showroom. Topping off the photos first is our friend TonyMads. AJ is off to his left enjoying the good food Frankieve treated us all to. If you can get to Audioworks be there you'll have a great time.

Disclaimer: I'm not on Frank's payroll either, just a long time customer. smile

I only have one day off in December, and it's NOT the 13th. Wish I could be there, but I cannot cancel the job. December is the busiest month of the year for OMB entertainers, and even cutting back by a significant margin, it's impossible to cut back December.

Thanks for the invitation,

Donny have you ever been a skier? The way you love winter I would think you were a skier. Once upon a time we used to watch the weather waiting for the first snowfall. Day after Thanksgiving if there was snow we head north to New Hampshire or Vermont. I can remember heading up to Killington, VT with only one trial open on November first, just couldn't wait to plant the skis on the ground and take that first run. Now my first run is to get as far south away from snow.

Steve I used to go skiing all the time years ago
KILLINGTON VT, Sugarbush VT, HUNTER Mountain NY, etc, etc, many happy times, .......
I just never liked the heat....and most of all sweating & mugginess yuk,..... & believe me I've been all around the world and to many islands also traveling,...but the Northeast NJ shore is my home and I love the 4 seasons. Walking the boards on a fall day is pure heaven.

Friends.

Due to the overwhelming response, we will not be having the workshop in December, but we have decided to move this to JANUARY as requested by many.

How does Saturday JANUARY 10th, 2015 sound/read? Please respond as soon as possible so we book this date and give folks time to plan ahead. We will honor the same sale prices as mentioned above.

Thanks,

AJ

AJ and Frank ... thank you ... There is only 1 January gig that I have been playing for several years that MIGHT keep me from making it ... I don't have the date yet ...
Other than that, as long as the weather is good I will be there ...

Metro North stops in Milford ... maybe you would take Amtrak to NY Grand Central Station and then Metro North ...

Re: Keyboard WORKSHOP AT AUDIO WORKS CT Sat 12-13-14! - 11/17/14 05:28 PM

I took the train to Frank's place a few times. But I had to use a skate board to get from the station to his store. Only kidding....Frank was nice enough to pick me up and spend a few hours with me going over the keyboards. That made me decide if I was going to buy a PA3x that I would buy it from him.

But, seriously, anyone considering the trip. You can drive right up to the NJ bus stop where the NY bus leaves from, park free, take the bus into NY and the train to Milford. The ride is a bit bumpy but I enjoy the time to sit and think and catch up on reading and socializing with other passengers.

I really enjoyed the last "demo" Frank had, and I'm hoping this time around he has refreshments like burritos and tacos and San Miguel beer as I'm studying to become a Mexican (so I can enjoy all USA entitlements including Frank's world famous 90% discount and lifetime return policy for immigrants).

All kidding aside, it's an enjoyable day away from your watering hole. And a real good chance to see what all these new Ketron products can do. I'm going to try and make it myself.
