A Yamaha Motif Composition - 11/06/14 10:42 AM

For this work I used the Classical Flute from the Tyros 3 for the first lead and the T3 Live Strings voice as background.

On the Motif XF I used a Bass Voice called Fundamental with selected ARPS, a Stereo Harp with selected ARPS, a Drum Kit with Selected ARPS and finally a percussion voice for the latin drums with selected ARPS. I have two ARP variations that I use during the work. The Motif allows up to 5.

For the second Lead I used the Motif Choir voice called Nativity.

The song was recorded live directly to an external Digital recorder. All mixing was done in the Motif prior to recording. Everything is played from the Motif keyboard.

Hope you enjoy it.

I like the ethnic sounding rhythm. The mix has a nice warm and soft sound, it is really good relaxing music.

Thank you. That's exactly the mood I intended.

joesax,

Very, very nice composition and selection of voicing.

That lower background beat is hypnotizing.

Thanks, Billy. My goal is to write music that is relaxing and melodic.
