One of my friends on a sailing forum turned me on to this song - it's about Key West, sailing, and I fell in love with the song the first time I heard it. I knew right then, I would be using it, my audiences love it, and here's a recording directly off the S-950.

cass ... interesting comment ... what do you think is lacking, or what would you add to the style ... I actually thought the backing could have done without the Steel Drum that comes in during the guitar solo ...

Cass, lately, I seem to be going the other way, less comping, less of everything. Just a bass, drums, maybe some light strings with the left hand - just real basic so my vocals do all the work and the keyboard just provides the guidelines at best.
