Fellow synthzone members: As many of you know Don Mason has had a few health issues. He has had many medical bills and expenses for Susan have hurt the family finances. We are going to have a fundraiser to help with the expenses. It will be this Saturday 4/5/14 at the Shreveport American Legion. Donny Pesce and Gary Diamond will be headlining the entertainers. Brickboo is flying down with his tenor sax to help with the entertainment. I just received a call from Eddie Shoemaker who will arrive in time to add to the festivities. Fran and Uncle Dave are coming also. Uncle Dave is bringing his new guitar and Fran has hired North American Van Lines to ship his G70 to the fundraiser. Tell your friends to come. A Don Mason Sure SM58 microphone will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. A good time will be had by all.
