Which begs the question... Don't you control a wah-wah with your FEET? What's that doing on a strip? The strip should be controlling pitch (so you can do hammer-ons and hammer-offs as well as finger vibrato) and the wah should be assigned to the foot controller...
But why do you need to assign it to anything, when on yamaha the guitar has a "built in" wah effect. Shouldn't you be able to get the same on the korg?

Thanks for that video! That's a really cool demo. So now, which pedal will work for korg? Any expression/volume pedal? or does it have to be Korg branded?
I'd appreciate if some who actually HAS a korg pa3x chimes in. thanks
There's a big difference between 'auto-wah' and real wah. Guitarists use the wah to 'sing' and emphasize the particular beat and groove of the pattern. Auto-wah is simply a preconceived wah pattern that may or may not fit the song you are doing.
Some years ago when DanO was demoing the SD1 for Ketron at NAMM shows he used to do a great foot pedal controlled wah guitar demo that sounded very authentic.
